Project enquiries
Our enquiry form collects your name, email, business name if provided, selected service, approximate budget, timeline, and project description. We also record when you submit the enquiry and its progress through our review process.
We use these details to review your request, contact you, and discuss a possible project. An enquiry is not published on the website. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information.
Where information is stored
The website uses Google Firebase. Enquiries are stored in Cloud Firestore and are available to authorised studio administrators. Firebase Authentication handles sign-in for the studio dashboard and existing accounts. Google processes service data according to its own Firebase privacy information.
If you email us directly, your message is also handled by the email services used to send and receive it.
Browser storage
The site remembers your light or dark appearance preference in your browser. Signing in can also store authentication information on your device so your session can continue. You can clear site data in your browser settings or use the sign-out control.
Portfolio information
Published client work and audience figures are managed separately from enquiries. A published metric should identify its reporting period and source. Sending an enquiry does not give permission to publish your business as a client or share your project details.
Questions and requests
Use our contact page to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or discuss deletion. Include the email address you used and, if you have it, your enquiry reference so we can locate the relevant record. We may need to verify the request before making changes.

This page may change as the studio and website change. The date above identifies the current version.
