From enquiry to agreement
Our website introduces our design, software development and hardware integration services. Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve capacity, confirm a price, or create a project agreement.
Before work starts, we agree a written project scope covering deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment stages, timing, review rounds, and acceptance. That signed agreement governs the engagement.
Scope and changes
Project requirements, content, equipment, integrations, connectivity, installation responsibilities, and dependencies are discussed during scoping. Additional work or a change in direction should be agreed in writing, including any impact on fees or timing.
Any ongoing maintenance, hosting, third-party subscriptions, or post-launch support should be included in the agreement where required.
Content and ownership
Project agreements specify how ownership, licences, source files, and third-party materials are handled. Please only share content and assets that you are entitled to use. Client names, logos, and project materials shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners.
Portfolio and audience figures
Portfolio entries describe individual projects. Where monthly audience figures are published, read them with their stated source and reporting period. Results from one business do not predict or guarantee results for another.
